At Luxpariz, we prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a premium shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and supportive returns and refund policy as follows:


📦 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

    • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You received the wrong item or a product different from what you ordered.

    • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note: Items that show signs of use or are missing original components may not qualify for return.


🔄 Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

    • Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with

    • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

    • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g. skincare, cosmetics) unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival


🔙 Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

    1. Contact us at contacts@luxpariz.com within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach photos of the product if applicable.

    3. Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with the return instructions.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • If approved, a full refund (excluding any shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • If the return is not approved, the item will be returned to you without a refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Additional verification may be required.


🔁 Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

    • We offer size, color, or product exchanges depending on stock availability.

    • The original product must be eligible under our return policy.

    • Shipping fees for the new shipment may apply.


📍 Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), Luxpariz will cover return shipping.

    • If returning due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), you will bear the shipping cost.


⚠️ Important Reminders

    • Returns must be approved before shipping the item back.

    • Use trackable shipping when returning to avoid lost packages.

    • Luxpariz is not responsible for untracked or lost return parcels.
