All transactions are charged in AUD (Australian Dollars). Any currency conversion or bank fees are borne by the customer.


2. Payment Gateway Security

We do not store your card or banking information on our servers. All transactions are securely redirected through your chosen gateway.


3. Order Confirmation & Payment Approval

After your payment is successful:

      • You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

      • For direct bank transfers, orders will only be confirmed after payment is received.

      • Any payment that remains unverified for more than 48 hours will be canceled automatically.


4. Pricing & Taxation

All listed prices are in AUD and include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian customers.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or currency conversion fees imposed by their local authorities or financial institutions.


5. Invoicing

Luxpariz automatically generates a tax-compliant invoice and sends it to your registered email address after the order is confirmed. If you require a company invoice or have special billing requirements, please contact contacts@luxpariz.com within 5 business days.


6. Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Reversals

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return Policy. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

      • Full refunds are granted for orders canceled prior to shipment or for faulty products.

      • Partial refunds apply when only part of an order is returned.

      • Refund processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your financial provider.

      • Bank Transfer or COD refunds: Reimbursed through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Orders canceled after dispatch are subject to return shipping charges unless due to our error.


7. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through the following partners:

      • Afterpay: 4 interest-free installments every 2 weeks

      • ZipPay: Flexible weekly/monthly payments

BNPL is subject to approval by the provider. Luxpariz does not control the application outcome or late fees charged by the provider.


8. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to a recurring plan (e.g., seasonal bundles or VIP boxes):

      • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at each renewal period.

      • You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your Luxpariz account.

      • Renewal notifications will be sent 3 days in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of renewal may still be charged.


9. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

      • The order will not be processed until payment is successful.

      • Luxpariz will notify you via email and give 48 hours to resolve the issue.

      • Multiple failed attempts may trigger fraud prevention measures and temporary account suspension.


10. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

      • Discount codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be retroactively applied.

      • Only one code is allowed per transaction unless stated otherwise.

      • Gift cards and store credits can be applied at checkout. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

      • Expired codes are not valid and will not be reissued.


11. Bulk Orders & Wholesale Payments

For corporate gifting, event collaborations, or wholesale orders:

      • Proforma invoices will be issued.

      • Payments via Bank Transfer are required in advance for bulk shipments.

Discounted rates and special privileges may apply to eligible buyers.


12. International Transactions & Currency Fluctuations

While all payments are settled in AUD, international shoppers may experience:

      • Currency conversion charges

      • Transaction fees from local banks

Luxpariz is not responsible for any differences in billing amounts caused by exchange rates.


13. Fraud Screening & Verification

To maintain a secure environment, Luxpariz uses both automated and manual verification systems. Orders may be reviewed if:

      • Payment exceeds a certain threshold

      • Billing and shipping addresses do not match

      • IP address differs from the shipping country

We may request additional verification such as:

      • Government-issued ID

      • Utility bills

      • Screenshot of transaction

Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation.


14. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting us may lead to:
